Here we welcome everyone and anyone looking to get healthy, get fit and make that healthy lifestyle change. 

The services we offer ranges from Weight loss challenges, building muscle/getting lean. We also offer fitness specified for a variety of sports, i.e. Football, Volleyball, Basketball. For some sports, there are specific areas that need to be carefully analyzed 

Nutrition is a very big factor in our everyday lives. It's even more important when there's a goal in place. What some people might not know is that there is a big difference between the way athletes eat vs. how people who want to lose weight, and also body builders diets. At JS-FIIT, our goal is to ensure that you are well educated by those differences, and that the exercises that you take on matches your fitness goals.
