This program is a small group training online.
Sometimes teams work way more efficient than just Individuals as well as It can be so much easier.
In addition to team work, I thought it would be a great ideas to bring this fellowship to an online platform because it would be a great opportunity to bring people together, have great workout sessions as well as have some positive discussions about your wellness, your favorite recipes, share workout ideas and your favorite meals, ways to improve each and every one of us, mentally, physically and spiritually.
I know that there are times that not everyone is able to make it out physically to gather, which is why i decided to start up an online program.
The Program includes:
1. zoom workouts. We will have weekly online meetings to set new goals, amendments to workouts and meal plans.
2 The groups will be set according to goals, (weight loss, lean muscle/weight gain, beginners, athletic performance)
3. There will be a private group chat for each group.
4. You will have weekly personal assignments to email me your weekly goals & check ups and submitted in order to make modifications to your personal program to initiate your new weekly goals.
5. I will be asking to take progress pictures bi-weekly so that you can track your progress.
6. This is not a contract, so your free to stop training at whatever point you feel like once you have completed your month committment. You are more than welcome to renew each month.

Nutrition is the key aspect of our health and fitness journey. With this nutritional program you are able to get the following for 4 weeks:
The Cardio and Core program is essentially our HIIT program.
HIIT stands for "High Intense Interval Training". This program is set for 30-45 minutes where it focused on getting and keeping your heart rate up and burning more fat in less time.
The program will be for a duration of 4 weeks, consist of 4-5- exercises and ideally 5-6 rounds with 30-40seconds each rounds and 30 seconds rest. Each circuit should be a duration of between 5-10 mins.

The program is concentrated on speed, agility, strength and conditioning for athletes who are looking to improve their sports performance. The program will be for a duration of 4 weeks, consist of circuit training which will be specified to the sport you are actively a part of.
